"Life gets away from you sometimes. And I called my agent today with my guard up and negativity on my mind. But Kayla didn’t even give me a chance to spew one bad thing. Once transferred from the automated service to her (live rep) she explained that she had to ask me questions that I’ve already answered. She explained the new billing system and what arrangements can be made. It was like, she read my mind and quite honestly my heart. She provided me with comfort that I didn’t even know I needed. True customer service. True empathy, professionalism with a sense of humor and an ANNIVERSARY coming up!!!! Ok, ok, I’m done. Unless y’all want me to tell y’all more! Kayla, you are incredible, thank you."

"I been with State Farm for years. For them to cancel my insurance without Notice. I was driving for months with no insurance. And they was still accepting my payments. After finding out they was over. Charging me every month for the mistake they made. They also put a red flag 🚩 on my insurance showing that I had an accident, which I was NOT AT FAULT FOR. So when I try to get other insurance they said STATE FARM PUT ON YOUR RECORDS YOU WAS AT FAULT when clearly I have 0 points. Worse ever."
